Idlehour Trail Shuttle Hike-13 Miles, 4100 ft. Elevation Gain

Skip the lame "Black Friday" shopping at the Mall and come enjoy the mountains instead! We'll meet at the Cobb Estate, leave half the cars there and shuttle to the north entrance of Eaton Caynon on Pinecrest 2 miles away. This is an intermediate hike that starts in Eaton canyon, goes up the Mt. Wilson Toll road, passed Henninger Flats through the secluded Idlehour trail camp and up to Inspiration point. The last five miles are down the Sam Merrill trail to Lake Ave. This is fun hike on a less used trail. Hope to see you there!
