Join me for Clean Air Day on Wednesday October 1st
The Metrolink does this twice a year and all trains are FREE!!!!!!
Last time we took advantage of the free train rides was in April to celebrate EARTH DAY IN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
This time I would like to venture out to Oceanside. It will be much cooler.
We can walk to the beach, and walk along the Oceanside Pier, visit the California Surf Museum, or explore the charming Oceanside Harbor Village for shops and restaurants.
First on the agenda is to walk to the beach and along the Oceanside pier. Then we can walk into town and check out the Surf Museum.

Admission only $7, senior $5
Afterwards, have lunch walk around downtown and check out the cool shops.
They also have an homemade ice cream and adorable candy shop that sells lots of nostalgia candy that we grew up with called the Sweet Spot.
The Plan:
Arrive by 10:30 am & Depart by 3:18 pm or if we are having too much fun take the last train home at 5:39 pm.

I will be leaving from the Norwalk station for those meeting me there. I will be wearing my green CDH hat so you can find me.
