Newark Shadow Puppetry Mastery Accountability Circle
Details
We are getting together for our regular Newark Shadow Puppetry Mastery Accountability Circle to check in on our progress and share what we have been working on since last month. Whether you are currently drafting a script, experimenting with new lighting techniques, or trying to refine the mechanics of a specific puppet, this is a space to talk through your roadblocks and celebrate your recent breakthroughs. There is no pressure to have a finished performance; the goal is simply to stay consistent with our craft through mutual support and honest feedback.
This circle is open to anyone in the community who is actively developing a puppetry project and looking for a regular group to keep them on track. We find that having a set time to report on our goals makes the creative process feel much more manageable. If you have been needing a little extra structure or just want to connect with other local practitioners, we would love to have you join the conversation. Please RSVP if you can make it so we know how many chairs to set out.
