Cobham Wood and Mausoleum

All year round at Cobham Wood, you can get an idea of what lowland Britain looked like in pre-historic times, as well as discovering some veteran trees and a diverse range of wildlife

We will meet at Shorne Country Park Cafe. On arrival, we will have a little chat, etc, discuss our route, then set off

The Mausoleum, is approximately a two mile walk from the country park through some lovely countryside,

On our arrival at the Mousoleum we will stop to take in the atmosphere and have a bring your own picnic.

The return to the country park is through woodland and a different route. We will walk approximately 4 miles.

This will be a lovely relaxed walk at a relaxing pace through some exquisite countryside and woodland
