💫 WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Build strength, flow with breath, and deepen your practice.
This class offers a whole-body approach for those who’ve practiced yoga before or have a regular movement practice. You’ll be guided through a rich sequence of postures—seated, standing, and on the floor—balanced with counter poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
- Begin with healthy warm-ups to awaken the body
- Flow through classic yoga postures with intention
- Center with pranayama (yogic breathing)
- Explore the rhythm of stretching, releasing, and receiving
Moderate Yoga supports vitality, flexibility, and balance—inviting your body, breath, and spirit into harmony.

🙌 ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Laura Christian Imbornoni, M.Ed., RYT-500 leads yoga classes and expressive movement workshops with a gentle, inclusive approach. She has a special interest in healthy lifestyle, and balancing personal life with work and other responsibilities. Laura is a Movement Therapy graduate, Holistic Health Educator, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Transpersonal Life Coach, and is certified in Integral Breath Therapy.
