This class offers a whole-body approach for those who’ve practiced yoga before or have a regular movement practice. You’ll be guided through a rich sequence of postures—seated, standing, and on the floor—balanced with counter poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation.- Begin with healthy warm-ups to awaken the body

Laura is a Movement Therapy graduate, Holistic Health Educator, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Transpersonal Life Coach, and is certified in Integral Breath Therapy.
