Gentle Yoga welcomes you just as you are—with time to listen to your body, savor each sensation, and choose variations that support your well-being.
This class includes seated, standing, and floor postures, ending with a restful guided relaxation.
- Enjoy healthy warm-ups and classic yoga postures
- Breathe deeply with pranayama (yogic breathwork)
- Explore the dance between stretching and releasing
- Feel replenished in body, calm in mind, and renewed in spirit
This whole-body approach creates space to soften, reawaken energy, and support strength, flexibility, and balance—inside and out.

🙌 ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Laura Christian Imbornoni, M.Ed., RYT-500 leads yoga classes and expressive movement workshops with a gentle, inclusive approach. She has a special interest in healthy lifestyle, and balancing personal life with work and other responsibilities. Laura is a Movement Therapy graduate, Holistic Health Educator, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Transpersonal Life Coach, and is certified in Integral Breath Therapy.
