This class offers all the benefits of yoga in a fully supported format—perfect for anyone healing from injury, facing physical challenges, or simply seeking a gentler practice.
Here’s what to expect:

  • Healthy warm-ups and classic yoga postures using a chair for balance and ease
  • Pranayama (breathwork) to support vitality and inner calm
  • Yogic play between stretching and releasing, honoring your body’s rhythms
  • Deep guided relaxation to restore and nourish from within

The sequencing of each class creates a safe space to stretch, release tension, and support the body on a cellular level. Strength, flexibility, and balance gently return—alongside a renewed sense of peace.

🙌 ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Laura Christian Imbornoni, M.Ed., RYT-500 leads yoga classes and expressive movement workshops with a gentle, inclusive approach. She has a special interest in healthy lifestyle, and balancing personal life with work and other responsibilities. Laura is a Movement Therapy graduate, Holistic Health Educator, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Transpersonal Life Coach, and is certified in Integral Breath Therapy.
