Shalom Social Club - Jewish Hangout for 20's 30's 40's

Twenty bucks covers donated seed trays, soil, cling wrap for safe transport and seed labels. Bring seeds to share or use some of Lindsay's. Extra plants can be swapped and shared in the group, or donated for community gardens including Backyard Basecamp (BLISS Meadows) and John Ruhrah Elementary-Middle's School garden.

Hamantaschen Bake & Mishloach Manot Party!

Come bake, fill, and package hamantaschen while getting into the Purim spirit!

### What’s Happening:

• I’ve got chocolate and plain dough ready to go.
• Choose from an array of homemade fillings: prune, raspberry, cheesecake, apricot, and pumpkin chai—and let’s get creative with even more!
• Pack up your freshly baked hamantaschen into mishloach manot with provided cellophane bags.
• Enjoy some cozy pumpkin soup and vegetarian nachos with beans while we bake!

### What to Bring (if you can!):

• A filling ingredient—whether it’s chocolate chips, nut butter, fun jam, or something unexpected, let’s get creative!
• Rolling pins
• Circular cutters (cookie cutters, glasses, etc.)
• Tupperware to pack up extra treats

I’ll cover the basics: dough, baking sheets, cooking spray, and a warm, welcoming space. My home is ingredient-kosher and pet-friendly, so plan accordingly.

I do ask that folks chip in $18 toward the cost of ingredients and space—but lack of funds is never a reason to skip out! Just bring yourself and your Purim spirit.
