SWEAT LODGE

Happy Spring, Everyone!

Several of you have been asking about a sweat, and White Feather and I spoke today about doing one Sunday, April 30, weather permitting. The ground has been soaked but we figure a couple weeks of moderate, hopefully sunny weather will dry things out a bit.

Anyone new to sweat, look under "Discussions" on this site and see "Sweat Lodge Q & A" if you wonder what it is like, what you'll need, etc. It's been a while since our last sweat and we are looking forward to renewing our connection to Nature, the Earth and to each other!

We hope to see our "regulars" and any new folks who want to become involved in our tribe and community. We ask that you consider your reason and intention for joining Norma, White Feather & I for our 1st sweat of the year. When you set an intention as an individual along as with us as a group, magic begins to happen.

As always, there is never a charge for sweat lodge. We are happy to accept your donations of dry wood, birch bark, sage, tobacco, snacks to share, any old blankets you aren't using anymore, anything else you may feel is useful for our sweat.
