You can come a bit early if you like, and enjoy this marvelous metaphysical shop-

Through intentional breath, soft music, and a guided inner journey, you'll be invited to enter a landscape of your own choosing and discover what naturally arises—perhaps an animal, bird, being, image, or simply a feeling or presence.
We'll then explore the Medicine Cards, drawing upon animal symbolism as another way of reflecting on the wisdom that emerged during your journey.

As a longtime tarot reader at Healing Oak, Renee will also share thoughts on finding a card deck that personally resonates with you and the different ways symbolic imagery can become a tool for reflection and self-discovery.

We'll close with a final reflection on what wisdom you're gathering and what you may be ready to let go of as the Wheel of the Year turns.

No meditation experience is necessary. There is no right or wrong way to participate, and you don't have to make anything happen—simply notice what happens.
