Psychedelic Social and Networking
Details
Join us Sunday, February 22 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at Pachamama Soul Café as we come together to build community and create a safe, welcoming space for meaningful conversations with fellow attendees. Everyone is welcome - whether you're just dipping your toes into this world or are deeply experienced. We aim to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, support, generosity of spirit, and openness.
We’re excited to welcome our guest speaker, Leslie Grover, to kick off the evening. Leslie is a Creative and Expressive Arts Therapist who uses holistic and somatic approaches to support clients through trauma-related experiences, life transitions and preparation and integration for psychedelic journeys.
Leslie will introduce us to the practice of incorporating art therapy as a therapeutic tool to prepare for a psychedelic journey and integrating its insights. She will then guide us through a focusing process connecting you to felt senses in your body while inquiring into your inner landscape.
