This list is a compilation of my own spirit-guided shamanic tools used on my intense healing journey (mainly since early 2021). These were items that I needed for each of the shamanic tests along the way.
Originally, I got into Native Spirituality in 2002, then shamanism in 2003, then took a long break to “live my life” first and return to it when older, wiser and ready for my soul mission; however, making important experiences along the way, i.e. one near-death experience in 2013 that required my shamanic self healing, and finally, in 2020 receiving energy healing (distance-healing) while at my own ultimate low, which pushed me strongly back onto my shamanic path working with my own ancestral spirit team.
