Shamanic Journey Circle~ Meet Your Power Animal~ Online

Welcome to the Shamanic Journey Circle! We will meet on Sunday March 1st on Zoom. This is a supportive, heart-centered, safe space, to explore shamanic journeying and personal growth. Please have a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lie down, an eye mask or bandana if needed, a journal and pen. If you have a drum or rattle you can bring them. We will start with an opening group welcome, introductions, and group drumming or rattling if appropriate.

You will be guided in a relaxation meditation, and then we will journey with the sacred drum, to meet your Power Animal! We will work with grounding, relaxation, breathwork, visualization, intuitive senses and reiki. Journey to non-ordinary reality to connect with your power Animal and it's special gifts it wants to share with you. Message or rsvp.
