The Sound Bath includes a variety of instruments, including 38" Paiste planetary gong, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, rain stick, tuning forks and intuitive voice.

Bring a yoga mat or something for lying on the floor, blanket, eye cover (eye pillow or bandana) and water in a closed container.
