Join us for our weekly Sunday morning sitting practice!
Our community meets each Sunday morning to practice mindfulness sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation, and engage in a mindful community discussion. This is a free offering open to the public - ALL ARE WELCOME.
For those new to meditation, free meditation instruction is available. Drop in for all or part of the session. But please arrive by 10:45 am to receive instruction and have an opportunity to practice before the Introduction Circle starts, at approx. 11:30.
The last thirty minutes include an “Introduction Circle” that provides an opportunity to get to know other meditators and also to ask questions of a meditation instructor. The morning often includes a short dharma reading.
NOTE THAT OUR GROUP HAS LOTS OF REGULARS WHO DO NOT SIGN UP THROUGH MEETUP. OUR MEETINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVERAGING 20 ATTENDEES REGARDLESS OF RSVP'S THROUGH THIS SITE.
