Hello beautiful souls✨ I am Shane, a yoga teacher and astrologer. I empower you through an alignment-focused yoga practice, and astrological insights into your self.
I have been practising yoga for 15 years, primarily in Hatha and Vinyasa. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2017, and have since taught group classes and privates in Hong Kong and Lisbon.
My classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, which offers variations for beginners and regulars. They will consist of breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and a short guided meditation (yoga nidra). Classes are conducted in English🙏
You can drop in for one class for €15, but I want to encourage you to commit to practice with discounted advance payment and 4-class pass. One more reason to show up for yourself 😊
