“A half-day, intensive leadership training course for senior management”
Leadership training programme is a rational change process model based on best practices of Kotter and GE CAP but adds tools and strategies to effectively deal with non-rational pockets of resistance in the organization such as awareness, fairness, space and motivation. The program helps leaders identify the ‘must haves’ – PVCA (pressure, Vision, Capacity, Actions) for change to occur, equips managers with communication tactics to build momentum, engagement and motivation, and develops strategies to better listen to non-rational causes of resistance and how to overcome resistance.
This event is for presidents/CEOs, department managers, managing directors, management leaders, start-up leaders, entrepreneurs who are searching for solutions when trying to manage company staff in order to have a deeper insight into managing people more efficiently. In this half-day training, trainer Peter Buytaert will share his professional experience in training with all leaders.

Peter Buytaert
Chief Responsibility Officer, GLO
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in Asia in executive management and leadership positions as President Asia for Agfa Graphics, Managing Director of various country organizations and is now an entrepreneur, co-founder and Chief Responsibility Officer of GLO (Good Leaders Online).
He is also guest lecturer on leading change, corporate governance and Asia/China strategy at various MBA programs, among which CEIBS and Pepperdine University. From 2007 thru 2010 he served as Chairman for three consecutive years of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce (Bencham) of Shanghai
Peter followed an undergraduate program of Law, prior to graduating with a Master in Commercial Engineering (“Handelsingenieur”) at EHSAL Brussels and followed the INSEAD Advanced Management Program, as well as Strategic Business Economics Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific in Manila.
