Michelle Cai | Executive Coach, Development & Assessment Consultant, Trainer
Michelle has more than ten years experience as a consultant in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programmes as well as talent assessment programmes. She has worked with many international companies including Ernst & Young, Cisco Systems, Turner Construction Company, Baker Hughes, Continental AG, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Henkel, Unilever, among others.
Michelle is a Certified Master Coach through the Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI). She is also certified in Harrison Assessment©, the Team Diagnostic Tool by Team Coaching International, and DISC assessment by Discus.
Michelle typically coaches senior executives on behavioural changes and other development needs. As a coach, she brings with her expertise in performance improvement and learning psychology from her Ph.D. study, her consulting experience, her intellectual rigor and pragmatism, and her genuine personality to help her clients make positive changes, achieve their desired effectiveness, and to develop and grow. She embraces a multidisciplinary and systematic approach to coaching.
