Late Night Bike Ride To Explore The Sleepless City Shanghai

Experience the history and diversity of Shanghai by bike touring Shanghai’s French Concession, traditional Nongtang communities and the Bund on an adventurous and informative night.

Our experience begins by meeting at the west end of the former French Concession where the tree-lined streets are filled with sleepy yet stunning architecture.

The ride continues through the Nongtang traditional residences of the local Shanghainese, a fast-disappearing architecture on the decline by modern development. There we’ll witness the history and culture of old Shanghai, and get a glimpse into the lives of the local people.

Then we'll bike to the Bund and enjoy the night view and breeze from both sides of the Huangpu River.

We will meet at Exit 1 of Hengshan Rd Station, Metro Line 1 at 9pm and finish the ride at the same place at about 12:15am.

The price is RMB 100 per person which includes bike rent, helmet, water, snack/fruit and English-speaking bike guide.

For those who bring their own bikes, the price can be RMB 50 lower.
