The Shanghai Facilitator and Trainers Network (FaT Network) is all about promoting learning, sharing and developing cooperation amongst our members. FaT Members are cooperators and collaborators. We want you to connect with other professionals in Shanghai and also promote your skills and services more directly to current and potential clients.

Here is how it works.
Each FaT member who joins the FaT Breakfast should bring 1 to 2 corporate HR/L&D Managers or Senior Business Leaders. Your guest can be someone you already work with and you want to strengthen the relationship or it could be someone you want to meet and get to know outside of the office.

By asking FaT Members to bring 1-2 Corporate Guests we can be sure of a good mix of Corporate and Consultants. Of course you can bring more than 1 or 2 Corporate guests. At each FaT Breakfast we usually have 12 to 20 people join.

Enjoy breakfast, coffee and share ideas about learning and development. It is very informal with no set agenda. FaT Members can share with each other and make connections. The Corporate HR/L&D managers can do the same. Of course we also want the FaT Members to make the all-important face to face connection with potential buyers of their service so bring your business cards and make new friends.

It is expected you pay for your guests’ breakfast.

Special Note:

1. Please share this with all your trainer, facilitator, coach friends. Have them get in touch with me.

2. Even if you can’t attend let me know.

3. To get 2 or more HR/L&D managers takes time and effort. I personally will invite more than 50 people just to get the 2 or 3 to actually attend.

4. You will continue to be invited to the FaT Breakfast until you tell me to stop inviting you!
