This is a space for anyone in Shanghai looking to slow down, connect, and find a little more calm in the middle of what can be a hectic city life.

We meet outdoors once a month to move, stretch, and breathe together through a 60-minute yoga class led by a qualified and experienced instructor. No pressure, no perfection, just community. Each session is designed to support mental wellbeing, ease stress, and give you the reset your body and mind deserve.

Beyond the yoga, it’s about building real connections with like-minded people. Whether you’re new to the city, needing a mindful pause, or simply craving fresh air and friendly faces, you’ll find it here.
