Take a pause from busy city life and join us for a peaceful outdoor yoga session designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and a community of calm seekers. This class is your invitation to slow down and take space for you ❤️
We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and find space to soften into stillness together. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, you’re welcome, exactly as you are.
✨ What to expect:
- A calm, beginner-friendly flow that releases tension and restores balance
- Gentle breathwork to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system
- A supportive community of like-minded souls who value calm and connection
- Time to linger after class — chat, share, or simply enjoy the peace (option to grab a coffee after!)
