Take a pause from busy city life and join us for a peaceful outdoor yoga session designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and a community of calm seekers. This class is your invitation to slow down and take space for you ❤️

We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and find space to soften into stillness together. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, you’re welcome, exactly as you are.

What to expect:

  • A calm, beginner-friendly flow that releases tension and restores balance
  • Gentle breathwork to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system
  • A supportive community of like-minded souls who value calm and connection
  • Time to linger after class — chat, share, or simply enjoy the peace (option to grab a coffee after!)
