Kayaking and Walking in Shanghai Qingpu on 16th May 2026

As the westmost district in Shanghai Qingpu has very superior geographical position with developed land and water transportation. With the rich water resources Qingpu is not only famous for beautiful views such as Zhujiaojiao Water Town, Jinze Water Town and Oriental Land etc, but good location for kayaking.

In this trip we will sit in our kayaks using our core strength paddling around a local village to explore the beauty in this area while in the afternoon walk through quiet villages to get to know the local life style!

Cost: 450 rmb per person including transfer between Shanghai downtown and Qingpu; English speaking trip leader; lunch; bottled water; kayaking cost including kayak, coach and venue

## Detailed Itinerary

08:30 - Meet at Starbucks @Renaissance Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel near Longxi station of line 10
08:45 - Board our coach and head to Qingpu District
10:00 - After short warm-up and coaching follow our coach and kick off our kayaking exploration inside the village for about 2 hrs
13:00 - Organic food as lunch at the local village
14:00 - Drive about 30mins and then start to walk through quiet villages (almost 7K for about two hours), enjoying the beauty of the countryside
16:30 - Board our van and drive back to the downtown (we might come back to Starbucks at 17:30 depending on the traffic)
