Come explore some of Shanghai's most beloved corners on foot! We'll wander through the classical Yu Garden, duck into the incense-filled halls of City God Temple, and finish with a leisurely stroll along The Bund — wrapping up at the iconic Waibaidu Bridge.
Itinerary
08:45 — Meet at Yuyuan Garden Station (Line 14)
09:10 — Yu Garden (~1.5 hrs) One of Shanghai's crown jewels — a 400-year-old classical garden packed with ornate pavilions, sculpted rockeries, and the legendary Jade Rock.
10:40 — City God Temple (~20 mins) A living Taoist temple dating back to 1403. We'll take a moment to soak in the atmosphere and learn a bit about traditional Chinese prayer customs.
11:00 — Walk to The Bund (~25 mins on foot)
11:25 — The Bund (~1 hr) Stroll past the grand European-era buildings lining the waterfront and take in the sweeping views of the Huangpu River and the Pudong skyline across the water.
12:30 — Tour ends at Waibaidu Bridge
