A journalist for more than 20 years in the United States as science writer and editor for several media companies, including United Press International, the century-old global news agency, based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Schuster facilitated similar “talk show" events for eight years in Washington, D.C.

He has presented Leadership Storytelling at the Manchester Business School, Shanghai Centre MBA program and the MIT-Shanghai Jiaotong University joint MBA program — Leadership Storytelling, and the Beijing Normal University (storytelling for therapy, storytelling for leadership without authority title).

Mr. Schuster has provided communications consulting to several multinational companies in Shanghai. He is the 2012 Speech Evaluation Champion for Toastmasters International, for north China.
