Join KC for a 2 hour hip opener workshop designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility and release tension and stored emotions in the hips and low back and make your hips happier!

We will begin with breathwork to help clear the mind and connect to our body. Then, we will move through a gentle yoga flow focused on warming up the hips, followed by deeper hip opening poses. Props will be available to help you settle comfortably into each pose. KC will also offer the option to try self myofascial release techniques for the hips as well to further release stored tension and decrease pain. We will finish with a nice long savasana to integrate the practice and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
