Let Your Fascia Flow is a 2 hour workshop incorporating Self-Myofascial Release techniques and Yoga to release tension, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.

Why Fascia Matters: Fascia is a web-like connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, organ, and nerve and gives the body support and structure. It can be affected by physical injuries as well as our emotions. Physical injuries, surgeries and emotional strain in the body can lead to adhesions in the fascia which cause tightness, discomfort, pain and restricted movement.
