Shaolin Kung Fu Training

Amituofo Shaolin friends,

We will have our next session in Luxembourg this upcoming Wednesday, 12 June 2024.

Meeting place:

Aire de jeux Leopold Goebel - Helicopter Playground, Belair

The training will include:

Warm up of the body
Streching
Strenghtening excercises
Basic Kung Fu kicks
Please come in training clothes that also you don't mind if they get dirty.
Also bring a yoga mat (if available). If you don't have a yoga mat, come as you are.

At the spot there is a small playground, where the training will take place.

If you can't make it at the training please let us know.
We will start 19: 30 sharp.
