You built the career. Now shape what comes next.

You worked hard to get where you are.
You studied, gained experience, took on responsibility and built a career that may once have felt like the destination.
And perhaps things are going well.
But at some point, a different kind of question can appear:

What do I actually want the next years of my working life to look like?

Shape Your Next is a Zurich community for curious, ambitious professionals — especially those in their late 20s and 30s — who want to explore work, success and life beyond the usual career ladder.
Not because everything has to change.
And not because you need to have your next move figured out.
Sometimes you simply need new conversations, different perspectives and interesting people around you.

What happens here?

We meet in small groups to talk about questions that rarely get enough space in everyday working life:

• What does success mean to me now?

• What do I want more of — freedom, meaning, creativity, growth, connection, time?

• Which parts of my working life still fit?

• What might I want to shape differently?

Some events will be relaxed conversation nights.
Others will become more creative and hands-on — using Life Design exercises, visual thinking, LEGO®, clay, colour, collage and other materials to explore ideas and turn abstract possibilities into something tangible.
Because sometimes a new perspective appears when we stop trying to solve everything in our heads.

The culture

Be curious, not impressive.
Listen before giving advice.
Different definitions of success are welcome.
No pitching, recruiting or unsolicited selling.
Personal stories are treated with discretion.
And nobody has to share more than they want to.
This is not therapy, career coaching or traditional networking.

It is a community for real conversations, creative exploration and new possibilities.
Most community gatherings will be free or low-cost. From time to time, Shape Your Next may also offer clearly marked ticketed Creative Labs, workshops and special experiences with additional facilitation, materials or venues.
