Shaped Reality's 7th Annual **Virtual** Intentions Event

What does it feel like to frolic?

As we enter 2025, I invite you to explore the idea of frolicking. What does it feel like to frolic? When was the last time you frolicked in your life? And what would it feel like to frolic a little, even in a hard season?
Shaped Reality’s Annual Intentions Event is designed to give you time to pause, reflect, think, and perhaps most importantly, FEEL your way into the year ahead.

You will be guided through a process where you create:

• Your unique Theme. (Your Theme is your focus for the year - it is the overarching look and feel of the year)
• Distinctive Intentions. (Intentions are where you are heading and what is important to you)
• Meaningful Aspects. (Aspects include all parts of your life – in particular narrowing down to the ones that you are most drawn to spending your time, energy and resources on in the upcoming year)

Above all else, this retreat day is an opportunity to connect at a deeper level with yourself, your desires, and your CURRENT dreams.

Completion Process (pre-work):
Once you register, you will be emailed a Completion Process. Completion is about letting go of all that occurred, AND all, that didn't. It is a valuable step that can clear the way to imagine something new in 2025.

• You need to complete the Annual Intentions Event, in order to participate in any other Intentions Gatherings throughout the year.

About the Facilitator:
Catherine has been participating in, or facilitating, an Annual Intentions event for the past 20+ years. Catherine is passionate about setting a day aside to consider the year ahead, and she is thrilled to be facilitating this 2025 Annual Intentions Event.
