About us
You cannot find fulfilment by chasing success, by working harder, by running faster. You find it by stopping and thinking differently. By asking yourself what it is you really want. What is your life really about? If you want to thrive, you have to pursue both success and fulfilment. They are separate dimensions; each requires time and energy. Achieving one does not necessarily mean you will achieve the other.
We largely know what is required of us to be successful – hard work, perseverance, talent, and a little luck. We are less sure – as individuals and as a culture – of what is asked of us to be fulfilled.
So the question is: how do you create a life that really is meaningful and purposeful?
In the 1970s Dieter Langenecker met Dr. Frankl for the first time when he attended a speech Dr. Frankl was giving, addressing a meeting of young people in Vienna. In a nutshell, Dr. Frankl suggested to find answers to three questions:
A) WHY AM I REALLY HERE ON THIS PLANET?
There must be more to life than increasing its speed. Or making more money; this will bring more comfort and convenience, but does it bring lasting fulfilment? So, how can you contribute to the world in some way - for the benefit of others and yourself?
B) WHAT DO I REALLY WANT TO DO, BE OR ACHIEVE?
What are your talents, what are you good at – and enjoy doing?!
C) WHAT KEEPS GETTING IN MY WAY?
Become of aware of the fears, programming and conditionings of our education, society and culture, which tell us to see and do things a certain way; or what your life is supposed to be.
When you can bring together these 3 areas – why, what and how – that’s what creates the energy to live a purposeful life.
Experience answering these and other questions yourself and let this guide you into the direction that feels most true, most alive, most purposeful for you.
Looking forward to seeing you!
With kind regards
Tanja Odermatt

Man's Search for Meaning - A Special Meaningful Conversations Event
Int'l. Management/System. Institute, Wollzeile 9, Stiege/Block 2, 3rd Floor, Door #49, Vienna, al, ATPLEASE READ EVERYTHING!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Viktor Frankl observed that even when circumstances cannot be changed, one essential freedom remains: the freedom to discover meaning — and to live in alignment with it.This event begins from that understanding.
After a certain age, a quiet question often arises:
“Is this all there is to life — or is there more to it?”This gathering offers a space to pause and turn toward that question.
Through shared reflection and gentle guidance, we explore how personal meaning is not something abstract or imposed from the outside, but something that can be clarified, embodied, and lived in everyday life. The focus is not on ideal lives or distant goals, but on recognizing what truly matters, discerning one’s meaningful direction, and learning how to live it with integrity, responsibility, and inner freedom.
A calm, respectful space to stop, reflect, and reconnect with a sense of purpose that allows life to be lived consciously — not just efficiently or habitually.
This event is especially for you if you’re new to Dieter Langenecker’s work — or if you’d like to reconnect with it.
It also offers a natural entry point into the monthly Meaningful Conversations,
A gentle, ongoing space for staying connected to what truly matters
And to live with greater depth and contentment.Tanja Odermatt & Dieter Langenecker
