Let's sail on San Diego Bay in a Capri 22.

No experience required but you will be put to work on the lines. Anyone who wants to can take a turn at the helm (steering the boat).

If you like you can make a fully VOLUNTARY contribution toward the cost of chartering the boat, which is about $200 for 4 people.

FULLY VACCINATED CREW ONLY. If you are not fully vaccinated you aren't sailing with me.

Make sure to allow enough time for finding the marina, traffic, and parking (which can be tough on popular fishing days), The marina parking in Lot G (easternmost lot along North Harbor Drive) has the cheapest paid parking, about $8-9 for the day; consider paying for an extra hour in case we come back a bit late. Sailing Introduction

I plan to leave the dock as soon as we can by 11:00 am. Be on the promenade ready to go no later than 10:45 am. We'll probably be out about 4-5 hours (there is a head on board, not great but better than nothing) so bring food and drinks for yourself, and to share if you like. There is an icebox on board if you want to keep your food and drinks cold.
