☕ HOW THE EVENT WORKS
Before you head to the swap check-in, please stop by the Selva Café counter first:

👉 Order a drink or snack, or grab a voucher to use later — €5 per person · €3 for students
👉 You’ll receive a hand stamp
👉 Only with the stamp can you check in your clothes and start swapping
👉 Please note: last check-in for clothes is 13:30

HOW SWAPPING WORKS

1. Bring up to 5 pieces Fall is the theme! Think light jackets, cardigans, knits, trousers, dresses, long sleeves, shoes and accessories. Everything must be clean and in good condition.
2. Get Tokens We’ll give you tokens based on the items you bring — your swap currency for the shared wardrobe.
3. Swap Freely Browse the racks, try things on and pick your new finds using your tokens. No direct swapping needed — tokens make it easy and fair.
4. Keep Your Tokens Unused tokens carry over to all future Shared Wardrobes events. They never expire!

✅ We accept: Tops, blouses, dresses, skirts, trousers, light jackets, cardigans, knits, bags, accessories and shoes in very good condition — clean, fall-ready and looking for a new home.

❌ We do not accept:

• Heavy winter coats
• Items with stains, odours, missing buttons, broken zippers or any visible damage
• Underwear, swimwear or bikinis
• Pyjamas or nightwear
• Anything that has not been freshly washed

We kindly reserve the right to decline items that don’t meet our quality standards, this keeps the swap fair and enjoyable for everyone. 🍂
