- Jamie Lim (Regional Marketing Director, Scanteak)
As Regional Marketing Director, Jamie spearheads Scanteak’s regional branding initiatives, manages overseas franchises, and oversees Scanteak Singapore’s business operations.
Jamie has also led Scanteak’s rebranding initiative, where she understands the critical need to engage with and understand her customers, as well as drive transformation for the brand in the face of disruption or risk losing market relevance.
- Varun Aswani (Managing Director, Meyer)
Since Meyer’s inception as a lift installation company in 2008, Varun has led the business to grow by leaps and bounds. He also set up Singapore’s first elevator showroom in 2017, and has seen revenue growing steadily at about 20% every year.
Varun’s portfolio of installations include private villas, airports, retail shops and hotels, and his clients include Cartier, and the Singapore Tourism Board.

Michelle is responsible for the planning and organisation of broad-based outreach programmes on the value of Design to enterprises. She is part of the Market Development team that looks into growing demand for design innovation and strategy. -

Nav specialises in designing innovation, experiences, and brands with clients. He possesses a unique mix of client-side perspective and agency-side knowledge accumulated from over 18 years of working across Asia and Europe.

As one of the Nordic pioneers in service design and design thinking, Reima has more than 20 years of experience in designing services and user experiences – with a focus on helping organisations to change, implementing new service models and ways of working, and becoming more human-centric in whatever they do.
