Spring Cleaning: What Are You Ready to Let Go?

Details

Spring is a perfect time to pause and reflect. What emotional clutter are you carrying? What patterns, stories, or roles are no longer serving you? In this circle, we’ll dive into the power of release—clearing space for what matters most.
Through grounding meditation, reflective journaling, and open-hearted sharing, we’ll explore what we’re holding onto and what we’re ready to leave behind. No fixing, no advice—just a space to speak, be heard, and reclaim your clarity.

***

Session Flow (1.5 hours):

  1. Welcome + Grounding Meditation (10 min)
  • Arrive in the space with a simple grounding practice to settle the body and mind.
  1. Journaling Reflection (15 min)
  • Guided journaling to explore what you’re carrying and what you’re ready to release.
  1. Story Sharing (40 min)
  • Each participant is invited to share reflections or personal stories about things they’re ready to release.
  • No advice—just listening and holding space.
  1. Open Discussion (20 min)
  • Explore together: What makes it hard to let go? How can we support ourselves through these transitions?
  1. Closing Reflection (5 min)
  • A brief visualization to anchor new intentions and release what no longer serves.

Note:
This is a supportive space to share and reflect—not a therapy session. We value confidentiality and respectful listening.
