Please join Tommy and I at this WineNot Experience as we discover Sardinia & Piedmont in a beautiful historic Nashua setting—great wines, warm company, and an elegant evening together.

For this evening, you’re invited on a journey through two captivating regions of Italy—elegant Piedmont and soulful Sardinia—featuring a curated selection of six unique wines.

The event will begin with a sparkling wine and two refined Pinot Noirs from Piedmont. While this region is world-renowned for Barolo—the wine of kings and the king of wines—this boutique producer focuses on exceptional sparkling wines, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Many of the grapes come from very old vines rooted in ancient marine soils, formed over 30 million years ago when this land was covered by the sea. The result is wines with remarkable finesse, energy, and depth—a truly special discovery.

The journey continues to Sardinia’s historic Mandrolisai region, where tradition and authenticity remain at the heart of winemaking. Founded in 1950, this winery preserves indigenous grape varieties, field blends, and high-elevation vineyards planted on granitic soils. These elements create wines with freshness, structure, and a powerful sense of place—wild, expressive, and unforgettable.

Throughout the evening, you will enjoy these wines alongside light appetizers, while reconnecting, sharing stories, and simply enjoying the moment together in a beautiful setting.
