The Way of the Heart and Awakening The Heart Center

We will discuss “The Way of The Heart” to provide practical insight on how to see with the eyes of the heart, to listen with the ears of the heart, and to work through life challenges with the wisdom of the heart. A group meditation on awakening the heart center will follow.
