**ההרצאה תיערך בעברית על המרצות:
שיר ברומברג ואופיר ונטורה הן מפתחות ביג דאטא ב Yotpo. לשיר תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב עם התמחות בביואינפורמטיקה מאוניברסיטת בן-גוריון ולאופיר תואר במדעי המחשב מאוניברסיטת תל אביב.
לשיר ואופיר ניסיון עשיר בפיתוח, והן מתמחות בפיתוח של Server side וטכנולוגיות של ביג דאטא!

What is big data (3 V’s of big data - Variety Volume Velocity)?
Big data evolution & why big data, structured & unstructured data
What we can achieve analyzing our data - industry examples and machine learning
Big Data technologies intro: Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce (WordCount example).
Spark fundamentals summary (how it works, how you can use it, performance tips).
What we do at Yotpo and Yotpo big data - Example projects. Lecturers:
Shir Bromberg & Ofir Ventura are big data developers at Yotpo. Shir owns Computer Science & Bioinformatics BSc from Ben Gurion University. Ofir owns Computer Science BSc from Tel Aviv University.
Shir & Ofir are experienced with developing and instructing from different organizations, specializing in server side development and big data technologies.
