Join us for an exciting event where we explore business-driven development. We’ll discuss how to transition from a full-time coder to a holistic business representative. By embracing a mindset focused on accomplishing larger business goals, you can become the rising star of any R&D department. In these two case studies during our event, you’ll understand what is business-driven thinking, and how to look for larger opportunities that move the needle in your company. Our first case study will look at streamlining costs by leveraging off-the-shelf products instead of in-house solutions. The second case study will discuss the importance of UX / UI and Product in driving customer growth and retention.
