In this upcoming gathering, hosted in a new stunning gallery that breathes clarity and art, we will explore The Power of the Essential.
We will dive into the strength found in narrowing our focus - the intentional "less" that allows for a deeper clarity of our desires. Together, we will find the courage to step out of our comfort zone, using the integration of Emotional Intelligence and Movement Therapy to reconnect with our core values.
