Located in Northern Colorado, we educate and support professional women to do work they love, increase their income, connect with their purpose, advocate for themselves, and find happiness in and out of the office.

About Our Presentation:
This presentation is all about the fundamentals that should be in place so your business is set up for success. There are 5 main components: Business Identity, Business Operations, Organization, Documentation and Planning for Growth.
About Our Presenter:
Jessica Millhiser is the sole founder of JMills Consulting where her mission is to help business owners get organized, get focused and prepare for internal growth. Jessica has been working in an operational, administrative and leadership capacity for over 15 years and has also received a master’s degree in Coaching & Administration. This is a skill set and passion she has sustained throughout her working life in various industries. Ever since she stepped out on her own, the joy of working with other women in business has soared; there has been no greater reward than serving female business owners in their journey to success (whatever that may look like to them). Jessica has lived and worked in Vermont, DC, and Los Angeles and is now happy to call Colorado her home. She lives with her husband, Joshua, and their two feline fur babies, Juniper and Ivy.

Chrysta Bairre is a career coach, speaker, author, and founder of Live Love Work, and licensed teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence.
Chrysta works with women who want more from life and career. Her clients increase their professional impact and income-- so they can say no in business, make more money, and find happiness in and out of the office.
Chrysta has spoken at Ignite Denver and Ignite Fort Collins, presented at Boulder Startup Week, Fort Collins Startup Week, Colorado State University, Colorado SBDC, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, and more than 60 other events and organizations.
Her first book, Beautiful Badass: How to Believe in Yourself Against the Odds, shares her stories and lessons from overcoming poverty and depression in this guide for women who want to take command of their destinies and no longer fall prey to the hardships and setbacks that previously defined them.
