This group was created as a space for women in Arvada to get outside, move their bodies, and build real, meaningful connections. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, our hope is that this becomes a place where friendships grow naturally—one walk at a time.
Come as you are. Some days that might look like a solo walk, other days that might mean bringing a friend or your kiddos along—we’re here for all of it.
A little about us—we’re Alaina and Laurel. We both live here in Arvada and share a love for this community and the Colorado lifestyle. Alaina is a Realtor and Laurel is a mortgage broker, and while that’s what brought us together, this group is really about creating something bigger than business—a space for connection, movement, and community.
