This will be a simple and comfortable activity.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and bag. If you don't have any, bring a long towel.
Activity Details:
The first half hour will feature simple yoga.
I've been practicing yoga for three years.
It will primarily focus on upper body stretches and a few hip and leg stretches. Please feel free to give us your feedback if you find any shortcomings. :) This will be held on the grass, under cover. 🧘🏻♀️
