About us

She Sees Art 🎨

Monthly coffee and art outing for women in Sydney.

She Sees Art is a monthly social group for women who enjoy art, photography and discovering interesting cultural experiences around Sydney.

Once a month, we'll meet for coffee, have a relaxed chat and get to know each other before heading to a gallery or exhibition together. Most events will focus on art and photography, with the occasional museum, theatre or other cultural outing thrown in for something different!

You don't need to know anything about art to attend. Enjoy a coffee and come along to see something new and meet some lovely women.

What to expect

☕ 10:00am — Coffee and conversation
🎨 Around 10:40am — Gallery or exhibition

Women of all ages welcome.
Maximum 15 attendees per event.
Free to attend — everyone pays for their own coffee, food and any admission costs. I will prioritise free events where possible.

Come along to the first She Sees Art meetup! 🎨

We'll start with coffee and a relaxed chat before heading to the Art Gallery of NSW to explore And Still I Rise, an exhibition featuring the work of 20 culturally diverse women artists based in Australia.

Can't make the coffee? You can meet us outside the Art Gallery of NSW on the steps at 10:40am.

Coming on your own? That's completely fine! This group is about meeting new people, so you won't be the only one arriving without knowing anyone. To make things easy on the day, I'll let you know what I'm wearing so you'll know who to look for.
