About us
An in-person women's coaching group in East Nashville with a focus on personal development for women. We will come together monthly to reflect on themes like personal identity, values and strengths, boundaries, personal story, archetypes, limiting patterns and beliefs, conflict and negotiation in personal relationships, negative self talk and authentic connection and belonging.
There will be the space and time to get to know each other and offer mutual support and sharing, as we navigate integrating and balancing the feminine and masculine roles we play in our home-lives and work-lives. This is a small group for women to awaken and develop their personal resilience, confidence and self-trust.

Trust Falls: Managing Uncertainty With Grace
Historic Edgefield, Nashville, TN, USTrust Falls: Managing Uncertainty With Grace
"In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity." Sun Tzu
In today's fast-paced, ever-changing world, uncertainty has become a constant companion. Whether it's navigating the ebbs and flows of our careers, relationships, or personal growth, the unknown can often feel overwhelming, triggering our deepest fears and insecurities. This is especially true when we encounter a life changing transition.
Yet, as the ancient Chinese strategist Sun Tzu reminds us, "In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity."
This insightful life coaching session, led by an accredited coach, will empower you to cultivate the grace and resilience needed to weather life's inevitable storms.
Through guided exercises and open dialogue, we'll explore the root causes of our aversion to uncertainty and the self-limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in fear and control. Discover the power of radical acceptance and learn practical tools to skillfully navigate the ebbs and flows of your life.
As we engage in collaborative conversation and foster a supportive community, you can share your vulnerabilities and witness the experiences of others. Draw strength and inspiration from the group as you develop personalised strategies to embrace the unknown with greater ease and equanimity.
You'll emerge from this transformative session with a renewed sense of trust - in yourself, in the process of life, and in the inherent wisdom of the universe. Equipped with the ability to let go, surrender, and adapt, you'll be poised to navigate uncertainty with grace, confidence, and a deep well of inner resilience.
Reclaim your power to choose peace over panic, and unlock the profound gifts that often lie hidden within the chaos.
The host will share the private East Nashville location with you on confirmation of your place at the event.
