**Soothe Your Soul: Stress Busters and Combusters**

Have you ever noticed that some activities, people and events leave you feeling drained? While others fill you up with energy?

Tune into this phenomenon (yes, it's a real thing!) and learn how to operate in harmony with yourself, encountering more internal ease and flow, and less resistance.

What we need to harness is your ATTENTION and INTENTION; and you'll find more energy to master your productivity, nurture your relationships and focus your energy forward.

When you're acting in alignment with ***what's life-giving for you***, you'll bust your stress and learn how to more easily fill up.

In this empowering life coaching session, guided by an ACC accredited coach, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery to uncover your stress busters and combusters. Through a series of reflective exercises and group discussions, you'll delve into the structure of your life to gain clarity on the activities and environments that energise you, and learn strategies to overcome the obstacles that may be sapping your life energy and holding you back.

In collaboration with fellow participants, you’ll draw inspiration from their collective insights and experiences. Cultivating an atmosphere of encouragement and accountability together, you’ll emerge from this transformative session with actionable insights.

As always, we’ll include a creative exercise in the programme. These always surface powerful insights for the rest of the group, providing an opportunity to empower and support other members.

The purpose of this group is for professional women who are called to explore their personal development at this time, to come together in the spirit of sisterhood and support, with guidance and facilitation from an ICF accredited Executive Life Coach.

You might like to make a note of any books, podcasts or other resources you have found personally helpful which you would like to share with the group.

*She Shines is an in-person women's coaching group in East Nashville with a focus on personal development for women. We will come together monthly to reflect on themes like personal identity, values and strengths, boundaries, personal story, archetypes, limiting patterns and beliefs, conflict and negotiation in personal relationships, negative self talk and authentic connection and belonging.*

*There will be the space and time to get to know each other and offer mutual support and sharing as we navigate integrating and balancing the feminine and masculine roles we play in our home-lives and work-lives. This is a small group for women to awaken and develop their personal resilience, confidence and self-trust.*
