Meet Melissa Hernandez-Erickson, the owner of an Eden Prairie based company called MH Style Consulting, a personal styling and interior decorating business. She has been in the fashion industry for over 18 years which included retail sales and management, merchandising, a vendor specialist for Theory, a photo shoot director as well as an e-commerce stylist. Upon moving back to the midwest from Miami in 2015, she decided to start her own company!

Her values and philosophy are the backbone of her personal styling and that is to help every single person feel confident and empowered in everything they wear. No matter what their background is, financial status, shape, size, or gender, she promotes self-care and empowerment alongside the psychology behind fashion and color. Her mission is to help EVERYONE have access to a personal stylist because every single person deserves to feel 110% about themselves.
