You’ve got goals. They can be big or small. But often when we set a goal we start off rearing to go, but our motivation levels can dwindle over time, causing us to wonder why we started in the first place, and often leading us to giving up or putting our goals on the backburner for a while.

In the pursuit of our goals, motivation serves as the fuel that propels us forward. Yet, it's not uncommon to experience fluctuations in our drive, leaving us feeling stuck or uninspired.

But by understanding how to cultivate motivation and maintain momentum can empower us to overcome obstacles and achieve our aspirations.

She Thrives Women’s Mastermind is a group for women in their 20s and 30s who are interested in personal and professional growth and development and want to better themselves so they can have both an amazing career AND an amazing life, but struggle with common problems and obstacles...

Problems like lack of time, overthinking/negative thinking, overcommitting and ‘busy work’, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, burnout, feeling stuck or stagnant in your career/life, lacking clarity on what to do next, and all the rest...

Through getting together virtually and talking through a specific topic each session, we will share our roadblocks, knowledge and strategies to break down barriers so we can have greater clarity and success in our careers and personal lives (whatever that looks like for you), while also prioritising our wellbeing.

By the end of each Mastermind session you will have clarity on what to do next to help propel you forward in your career and life - while making amazing new connections and friends at the same time!

Life is about thriving, not just surviving, after all!

1x meeting per month, online, for 1 hour approx.

Meet-ups will be held online (through Google Meet). You will be sent the meeting link in advance and it will be revealed once you click attending. If you'd like a calendar invitation you can sign up to the mailing list here.

House rules of attending this Mastermind:

  • Everyone has their camera on. (Don’t worry, we don’t care if your hair is a mess or you’re in your PJs!).
  • Everyone participates. (Everyone’s views and opinions are valued here).
  • This is a safe, no judgement zone. Come as you are and be yourself.
  • The virtual doors shut 5 minutes after the start time - late arrivals will not be allowed in.
