This session speaks directly to women who know they are capable but still second-guess themselves. We name the real fears, then move into practical tools for owning your skills, asking for opportunities, and taking up space in leadership conversations.

Keynote Speaker:
Hattie Harrison is a remote Digital Business Manager and Story Architect who supports founders, keynote speakers, and business leaders globally. Her signature focus is purpose-led stories for leaders. Hattie helps women founders and leaders step into visibility with an authentic story and simple systems that support consistent delivery. She brings 20+ years across manufacturing and aerospace. She led global teams, served as the HR lead for a 2,800-employee metals manufacturing site, and designed leadership development programs for 4,300+ participants. A California native, Hattie moved to Málaga with her youngest daughter for a new adventure, more freedom, and more space to be present.

Agnieszka Fronia - mental health therapist specialized in women's hormonal health. The founder of this inspiring community, dedicated to supporting women in creating lives filled with purpose, health, and happiness.

Sophia Gruner - is a dynamic trainer, consultant, and moderator, helping organizations build future-ready skills. Known as Ms. 🦄, she bridges education and business with creativity, strategy, and a touch of magic!
